It's not rocket science. Nor is it a threat to the writings Tom Peters or any other management guru. Just my thoughts on why mentoring is important and how rewarding being a mentor has been to me.
IMHO, mentoring is similar to the important relationships we have with our friends, family, spouses and children - you get what you give.
