Thanks for the comments. My daughter was interviewing for a job at Holister and I was wondering how much of her paycheck was going to be spent on "work clothes". Fortunately, something better came along.

It's bad enough that the US has lost much of its manufacturing base. We've evolved into a service economy that can't even provide decent service.

Ain't it the truth! Especially on Sundays. With 30 years in dentistry helping practices deliver something more than exceptional service, which most work very hard to deliver, we're expecially sensitive to lousy service. Amazes me how the bottom line gets served by incompetent, ill trained hires and still the public will pay for it. Guess they like complaining.
